About Me
My early life unfolded between France and Germany, within a multicultural environment where perspectives often differed but coexisted.
Navigating those contrasts shaped a lasting curiosity for human dynamics; how people adapt, protect, and seek belonging.
My academic path led me to complete Master’s degrees at EDHEC Business School in International Business & Management and in Data Analysis.
I then entered demanding professional environments, first at McKinsey, later in international roles culminating in a leadership position at BMW.
In these high-performance environments, a structural pattern emerged.
Insight and discipline were rarely the issue. Internal regulation was. Without it, intelligence intensified pressure rather than resolving it.
Recognizing this distinction led me toward integrative psycho-somatic transformation.
My training at Alyssa Nobriga’s Institute for Coaching Mastery marked a decisive shift.
Its integrative framework - bridging psychology, nervous system regulation and consciousness - brought depth, rigor and structural precision to my work.
Today, I work with high-capacity individuals who are ready to move beyond intellectual understanding and cultivate internal coherence.
My work is rooted in the AAA Method (Awareness, Acceptance, Aligned Action), integrating cognitive clarity, emotional maturity, somatic regulation and aligned behavioral change.
I do not offer generic advice or quick solutions.
I create a contained, precise and deeply respectful space where internal patterns can reorganize safely.
Alongside structural rigor, I rely on a refined intuitive perception, attuned to subtle shifts, underlying tensions and what often remains unspoken.
This work is for those who value discernment over intensity, coherence over performance, and depth over speed and who are willing to take responsibility for their inner world.
